Ethereal Landscape explores my ongoing interest in the relationship between memory, imagination, and the natural world. The piece is based on my observations of the geological process, as well as my own personal experiences of nature.  I used it to create layers of textures that relate to the accidental or spontaneous forms of the natural world

This work is a journey through the microscopic to the macroscopic, exploring the relationship between order and chaos, the known and the unknown, the material and the immaterial. It is a reminder of the interconnectedness of all things, from the smallest atom to the largest galaxy, and that we are part of something much larger than ourselves.
